The People and the Vision behind Lyvra™

Who we are

Built on Experience.
Driven by Transformation.

Tylent Technologies was built on a simple premise: the future of i.v. compounding cannot be designed by those who misunderstood its foundation.

Our leadership team brings over 50 combined years of hands-on experience in pharmacy automation, dating back to the earliest generations of mechatronic compounding systems. We helped design and industrialise solutions that shaped the market. We know their strengths and their limits.

As those platforms evolved through incremental change, architectural constraints remained. We founded Tylent Technologies to move beyond that cycle. Not to refine yesterday’s systems, but to rethink them.

We believe i.v. compounding demands a step change — technologically, architecturally and conceptually. Safety, scalability, flexibility and regulatory resilience cannot be bolted on. They must be engineered in, from mechanics to software to workflow.

At Tylent Technologies, deep domain knowledge meets continuous reinvention. We understand clinical practice, engineering realities and regulatory complexity, and we are focused on what comes next.

Backed by Industrial Strength

Tylent Technologies is part of GPI Group, a leading international provider of Healthcare ICT listed on Euronext Milan.

GPI brings decades of experience in digital health, hospital systems and healthcare automation, with operations across multiple countries. Its industrial strength, financial solidity and long-term outlook provide Tylent Technologies with a stable platform for sustained growth.

Through its dedicated Automation Business Unit, GPI invests directly in advanced mechatronic innovation, recognising that critical healthcare processes require more than incremental upgrades. RIEDL and Tylent Technologies are the key brands within this BU: RIEDL serves the automation field across retail, hospital, and wholesale segments, while Tylent Technologies is a newco dedicated to IV compounding.

The relationship with GPI allows Tylent Technologies to benefit from the best of both worlds: the focus and agility of a specialised innovation company, supported by the infrastructure, regulatory maturity and global reach of an established multinational group

Innovation is not just an aspiration at Tylent Technologies.

It is part of our DNA.
